The asbestos problem

The use of asbestos in roofing is a lot more widespread that you might think. Even after it was discovered that asbestos had toxic properties it took a long time for the knowledge to get to everyone! The trouble is that asbestos is actually a really tough material - if only it wasn't potentially dangerous! It's clear that asbestos roofs have to be dealt with somehow. And that's where we can help you.

So what happens if you've got asbestos in your roof? Do you have to tear it all out and buy an entire new roof? Well, you could do that, but it'll be a pretty expensive exercise if the roof is still in good condition. If you get in touch with us at Roofing Masters, we'll be able to make your asbestos safe without all the hassle of getting a replacement roof - and at a fraction of the cost.

A realistic alternative to asbestos removal
It might be that removing the asbestos from your roof isn't
the most practical or affordable course of action.
Don't despair if this is the case: there are alternatives! By over-cladding the existing asbestos cement roof with specialist materials we can make your roof dry, energy-efficient and most importantly safe. If you're looking to make your roof as safe as possible without having the expense and disruption of removal, asbestos coating is a perfect way to do it.

Removing asbestos
Coating asbestos is a great way of making it safe, but you may
prefer to have the asbestos removed entirely.

Now, having your roof removed isn't a nice business, especially not when it happens to be made of a toxic material! You can be assured, we will do this both quickly and safely, then replace the roof in short order. Replacement roofs are metal single skin profiled sheets or varying thickness composite roof panels.
