A flat roof can be very cost-effective and attractive alternative to the roofs which we're all used to. They're particularly useful for large industrial buildings, but they're handy for garages as well.

What will our flat roofs offer?
We recognise that everyone's on a different budget, so we offer
two main flat roof systems.Both of these systems will provide an excellent, robust and long-lasting flat roof. Standard system: This system incorporates two layers of heavy duty underlay with one layer of heavy duty green cap sheet. This is then sealed off with hot blown oxidised bitumen. The end result is an extremely resilient roof which comes with a 10-year guarantee. High performance system: For even greater resistance to elements and wear, choose this option. The high performance system is composed of two layers of high performance underlay and then one layer of polyester based high performance green cap sheet. This is then sealed with oxidised bitumen. This product comes with a 20-year guarantee.
Insulation and ceiling work
Insulation's very important for your roof: after all, without
insulation you'll quickly develop weather related problemsand the materials which your roof is made of will start to decay. All of our new roofs are thoroughly insulated, of course. But if you're worried about the insulation on your existing roof, get in touch with us: we'll give you a free survey to see whether your need new insulation. If you do, we offer excellent value on getting the job done! If you've got a damaged roof, you'll often find that damage to the ceiling follows. The most important thing to do is to get the roof repaired, which we'll take care of. But we've also the skills to repair any ceiling which has taken the brunt of the bad weather. Your ceiling and roof will both be safe and energy efficient.
