Rubber bond - one of the best roofing materials in the world

We all want our roof to last as long as possible. If you're looking for the roof that's good for you, will last a long time and keep the environment safe, then the RubberBond FleeceBack EPDM Rubber Roofing System is for you - even if it takes a while to say! Proven to outlast conventional roofing flat roof materials, RubberBond will last you a long time. The first examples of the EPDM roof were laid in the US by Carlisle Syntec in the 1960s - and they're still going strong, fifty years later. That's protection that you can rely on! The installation process is a lot more environmentally friendly than the alternatives too - no heat, gases or electrical welding are used when we're laying an EPDM roof!

There are plenty of massive business concerns who have put their trust in the EPDM roofing product, including Honda, Microsoft, Staples, Barclaycard and more. It's a flexible material, bending easily to accommodate the curve of a roof. It can be used for hospitals, schools, shopping centres, railways and commercial establishments as well as domestic properties - pretty convincing isn't it?

Strong and resilient rubber bond roofing
EPDM Fleeceback is much stronger than other flat roofing
products. If you like the technical stats, here they are:
Over twice the thickness of standard EPDM      180% plus greater tear resistance*      60% plus greater impact resistance*      No shrinkage or stress to cause leaks at flashings, up stands or other penetrations.     *Greater than standard 1.14mm-thick EPDM     On top of this, FleeceBack is not affected by any temperature extremes: you could put it into a scorching desert or the Siberian tundra and it wouldn't be even slightly changed. It doesn't suffer from cracking or crazing with age, doesn't blister and is immune to the effects of ultra violet and ozone.

Good for the environment, good for you
RubberBond FleeceBack is one of the best choices out there. It
lasts a long time as we've said elsewhere and comes
with a full 20-year guarantee. It's great for the environment as all materials involved are very eco-friendly. The very fact that the first roofs are still going after fifty years is evidence of how well they're going to last. But it's not just about being long lasting and eco-friendly; they're good to look at too! RubberBond has all of these advantages:      The colour of a dark grey slate looks natural and doesn't easily show dirt.      The smooth synthetic rubber finish does not require ballast or chippings that have an annoying habit of blocking gutters and downpipes.      RubberBond does not support moss growth. It not only looks good on day one but also stays looking good even after 30+ years.      The additional thickness of FleeceBack helps to hide the negative of the existing deck or finish
